I just made an annual trek to IKEA. You could get lost in that place. I was looking for organizing shelves and cubbies for my art supplies. I was lucky to find two metal shelves with 6 pull out drawers each to store my odds and ends in. Once I put them together, I can declutter the art studio and have a fresh atmosphere for new art. Wow.......what a breath of fresh air that will be. Since Arnold Schwartzeneger has mandated a 2 day a month furlough for we state workers, I will have a 3-day weekend this week to work on the studio. It will be nice to have the extra time albeit at the expense of 2 days less pay on my check :( But, I am still lucky to have a job and I am grateful for that. Hopefully, next time I will be able to post new artwork as well. Ciao
